Extra Help and Make-Up Work

I offer extra help and lab make-up sessions after school on most Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  Each day is reserved for a specific group.  If a meeting interferes with this schedule, I will offer an additional day on either Monday or Friday.

• Chemistry Students
• Lab Make-Up Students (Either Course)

Students not in a particular course are also welcome to attend on the day scheduled for the other course, but I will give priority to the students in the course scheduled for that day.

The days vary from week to week depending on the course needs for that week.  Students need to pay attention to class announcements/postings regarding the schedule.

Test Make-Ups

Students who miss a test or quiz should see me immediately upon their return to school to schedule an after school make-up time. Generally, make-ups will be offered on days that are opposing to the above schedule.  (For example, a student who needs to make up a test in Principles of Chemistry would do so on the day that Chemistry is scheduled for extra help.)

Timely Make-Ups

Students will receive a zero on tests, quizzes, labs, and other assignments that are not made up within the timeframe stated in district policy.
